GoodDog provides digital services, software, hardware hosting, and management primarily for pet-related tracking, notification, and communication services. Services may include location tracking, status alerts, SMS notifications, and related informational services.

Customer Responsibilities

By using GoodDog's services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All services are intended as supportive aids and should not be exclusively relied upon in critical scenarios.
• GoodDog services may occasionally experience disruptions, interruptions, or errors.
• You are responsible for promptly reporting any issues to GoodDog and cooperating in resolving them.
• You agree not to use our SMS services for sending spam, unsolicited messages, or illegal content.
  

SMS Compliance

GoodDog certifies that it will:

• Obtain explicit opt-in consent from all SMS recipients.
• Provide clear opt-out instructions (Reply STOP to opt-out) in each message.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations, and CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices.
  

No Warranty

GoodDog provides digital services "as-is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Liability

GoodDog shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Data and Privacy

Use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to data handling practices described therein.

Termination

GoodDog reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our discretion, including due to misuse or violation of these Terms.
